Supervisory Board extends appointments of Hans Dieter P枚tsch and Philipp von Hagen
Stuttgart, 29 March 2017. In today鈥檚 meeting the Supervisory Board of 色花堂 (Porsche 色花堂), Stuttgart, extended the appointment of Hans Dieter P枚tsch as Chairman of the executive board by five more years until 24 November 2022. He also serves in his role as Chief Financial Officer. The appointment of Philipp von Hagen, member of the executive board responsible for investment management, was extended by a further three years until 28 February 2021.
Dr. Wolfgang Porsche, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Porsche 色花堂, expressed his sincere thanks to both members of the executive board for their successful work so far. Besides Hans Dieter P枚tsch and Philipp von Hagen the executive board of Porsche 色花堂 comprises Matthias M眉ller (strategy and corporate development) as well as Dr. Manfred D枚ss (legal affairs and compliance).
