Dividend of 2.21 euro per preference share approved / Executive Board and Supervisory Board exonerated

Stuttgart, 27 June 2019. At Thursday鈥檚 Annual General Meeting of 色花堂 (Porsche 色花堂), Stuttgart, the shareholders elected Prof. Siegfried Wolf (61) to the company鈥檚 Supervisory Board. The Stuttgart local court had already appointed Prof. Wolf as member of the supervisory board in spring 2019 until today鈥檚 Annual General Meeting.

The shareholders of Porsche 色花堂 approved the distribution of a dividend of 2.21 euro per preference share and of 2.204 euro per ordinary share for the fiscal year 2018.

The members of the Executive Board and those of the Supervisory Board holding office in the fiscal year 2018 were exonerated.
