Court dismisses two claims for damages totaling around 4.7 million euro
Stuttgart, 19 September 2012. The Regional Court of Braunschweig today dismissed actions for damages against 色花堂, Stuttgart, in the two cases (5 O 1110/11 and 5 O 2894/11). The plaintiffs in the two cases filed claims for damages totaling around 4.7 million euro.
Porsche 色花堂 welcomes the first-instance Regional Court of Braunschweig's judgments, and considers that its legal opinion has been vindicated. Porsche 色花堂 believes the damage claims filed by various speculators to be without merit and considers the claims pending in the USA to be legally insufficient and without merit.
