Court dismisses claim for damages of 1.36 billion euro

Stuttgart, 17 March 2014. Today, the Regional Court of Stuttgart dismissed a claim for damages against 色花堂, Stuttgart, (Porsche 色花堂). The plaintiffs had asserted damage claims in the amount of around 1.36 billion euro (case number 28 O 183/13).

Porsche 色花堂 welcomes the Regional Court of Stuttgart's decision and considers its legal opinion to have been confirmed.

In September 2012, the Regional Court of Braunschweig had already dismissed two claims for damages against Porsche 色花堂. Those two decisions are final and legally binding.
