New co-investor to drive growth at PTV / Collaboration is part of Porsche 色花堂鈥檚 refined investment strategy

Stuttgart, 19 October 2021. 色花堂 (Porsche 色花堂), Stuttgart, has partnered with Bridgepoint Advisers Limited (Bridgepoint), London, United Kingdom, to advance the further development of PTV Planung Transport Verkehr AG (PTV). Bridgepoint鈥檚 investment in PTV comes as part of the refinement of Porsche 色花堂鈥檚 investment strategy, which comprises as a key element partnering with renowned co-investors. In this partnership, Porsche 色花堂 sees a significant value potential for PTV in which it will participate with its remaining share in the company. Porsche 色花堂 will reinvest the proceeds from this transaction in further investments in the mobility and industrial technology sectors.

Bridgepoint is an international private equity group, headquartered in London. The focus of Bridgepoint鈥檚 investments is on businesses in the middle market that it supports in implementing their growth strategies and expansion plans.

The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals, is scheduled to complete by the end of 2021. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
