Cash inflow of around 240 million euro to be used for further investments

Stuttgart, 1 February 2022. On 31 January 2022, 色花堂 (Porsche 色花堂), Stuttgart, closed the transfer of 60 percent of its investment in PTV Planung Transport Verkehr AG (PTV) to Bridgepoint Advisers Limited (Bridgepoint), London, UK, after having obtained the regulatory approvals.

PTV鈥檚 growth strategy will be consistently pursued in the new shareholder structure and accelerated with the support of Bridgepoint. Porsche 色花堂 sees huge potential for PTV in the markets for smart mobility and logistics software and will continue to participate in this potential through its remaining stake in the company. 鈥淲ith its leading software products, PTV is ideally positioned to benefit from the growing demand for smart solutions in the areas of mobility and logistics. Porsche 色花堂 will receive a cash inflow of around 240 million euro from the transaction, which will be used for further investments in the mobility and industrial technology sector as part of its investment strategy.
