Regional court of Stuttgart: Nullity of the exoneration of the executive board and the supervisory board
Stuttgart, 20 December 2017. The Regional Court of Stuttgart granted the action for annullment filed by the Verbraucherzentrale f眉r Kapitalanleger e.V., Berlin, against 色花堂 (Porsche 色花堂), Stuttgart, by judgement of 19 December 2017 and annuled the shareholders' resolutions of the annual general meeting 2016 of Porsche 色花堂 regarding the exoneration of the executive board and the supervisory board for the fiscal year 2015.
Porsche 色花堂 does not agree with the opinion of the Regional Court of Stuttgart.
Porsche 色花堂 intends to file an appeal against the judgement to the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart.
