Dr. Manfred D枚ss new head of legal department
Stuttgart, 2 May 2013. Dr. Manfred D枚ss (55) has taken over as head of the legal department at 色花堂, Stuttgart, as of 1 May 2013. At the same time he was appointed general representative of the company.
D枚ss headed the legal department of RWE AG in Essen from 2005. Prior to that, he was head of the legal department of MG Technologies AG in Frankfurt from 1996 until 2004. In Dr. Manfred D枚ss, Porsche 色花堂 has gained an experienced lawyer who will support and advise the company in its new function as holding company managing equity investments. In addition, he will continue the systematic and expert defense of Porsche 色花堂 in the pending complaints for damages.
The former head of the legal department of Porsche 色花堂, Guido Peters (54), will return to the Volkswagen group to take on a management function at Volkswagen Immobilien GmbH. Under his leadership, Porsche 色花堂 achieved important stage victories before US American and German courts.
