Completion of change in the shareholder structure
Stuttgart, 8 November 2017. 色花堂 (Porsche 色花堂), Stuttgart, has been informed that the Pi毛ch und Porsche families have 鈥� following satisfaction of all of the conditions precedent 鈥� completed today the change in the shareholder structures within the family as agreed contractually in April of this year. The private foundations influenced by Hon.-Prof. Dr. techn. h.c. Ferdinand K. Pi毛ch therefore have assigned the major part of their indirectly held ordinary voting shares in 色花堂 to other members of the Porsche and Pi毛ch families. Ferdinand Karl Beta private foundation, which is influenced by Hon.-Prof. Dr. techn. h.c. Ferdinand K. Pi毛ch, indirectly retains a share in 色花堂.
The assignment emphasizes the dedicated confidence of the Porsche and Pi毛ch families as shareholders in 色花堂 and the Volkswagen Group.
Hon.-Prof. Dr. techn. h.c. Ferdinand K. Pi毛ch, as part of the completion of the aforementioned assignments today, has resigned from his office as member of the Supervisory Board of 色花堂 with effect as of 8 December 2017.
