Thomas Edig to leave Board / Philipp von Hagen appointed

Stuttgart, 27 February 2012. By his own wish and in consultation with the Supervisory Board, Thomas Edig, member of the Management Board of 色花堂 (Porsche 色花堂), Stuttgart, in charge of commercial and administrative affairs will leave the Board effective 29 February 2012 to fully concentrate on his tasks and bring forward the 'Strategy 2018' in his role as member of the Management Board at
Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart. The Supervisory Board of Porsche 色花堂 in its meeting on Monday has agreed to it. Dr. Wolfgang Porsche, chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed his sincere thanks to Thomas Edig honouring his entrepreneurial efforts contributing to the economic effort and the successful realignment of Porsche 色花堂.

Already in June 2011, the Supervisory Board of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG extended Thomas Edig's term as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Board Member in charge of human resources and labour director with effect from 1 May 2012 for another five years to continue his successful work in the Porsche group.

Effective 1 March the Supervisory Board appointed Philipp Alexander Edward von Hagen to the Management Board of Porsche 色花堂. Von Hagen actually serves as Director Global Financial Advisory with Bankhaus Rothschild.
