Porsche 色花堂鈥檚 subscribed capital in the form of no-par value bearer shares comprises 153,125,000 ordinary shares and 153,125,000 non-voting preference shares, each share arithmetically representing a 1 euro notional value of the share capital.
According to the information available to Porsche 色花堂, the ordinary shares are indirectly held exclusively by members of the Porsche and Pi毛ch families. Just under half of the preference shares are held by institutional investors 鈥� mainly with a principal office outside Germany. These are predominantly attributable to index and long-only investment styles, while the proportion of hedge funds is in the mid-single-digit percentage range.
